“Excellent service. Very quick and friendly. The whole chandelier was cleaned and completely repinned very speedily. It looked transformed and wonderful for two minutes, until I hung it up and dropped it from ceiling height, smashing quite a lot of it. I took it back in pieces, the chandelier also in pieces, and both of us received first-class trauma therapy from Ben Higgins at G&P Cohn's chandelier hospital. A magic wand was waved, and within very few days the chandelier was looking back to its pre-smash condition. Wonderful. Ten star. Can't rate it highly enough. And extremely reasonable charges.”

They are master craftsmen as well as skilled electricians. They work on very old and beautiful antique chandeliers as well as more modern lighting. “Our lovely Baccarat chandelier took a bit of a knock. Two arms and various delicate parts were broken, and the electrics stopped working. We were very sad, as it is a much-loved object. After a long search for the right person to attempt the repair, Ben and his team from G&P Cohn arrived. They were fantastic and a total pleasure to deal with. Following a site visit, we decided they should take it away and work their magic. About three weeks later it returned. They did their best to find exact replacement parts. A couple were unavailable, but the important arms were an exact match. They rewired it, cleaned it and put it back in place with very little fuss. It looks unbelievable. The cleaning job was amazing. It refracts rainbows all over the room, and we love it even more than before. I thoroughly recommend them.”
